Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and no payment is taken through the website. Dan will review your request and confirm whether the work is suitable, together with the deliverables, price, payment method and timescale.

Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal or direct BACS bank transfer as agreed. Work normally begins after the agreed payment has been received, unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Delivery and revisions

Standard packaging work is normally delivered within 3–5 working days after receiving the complete brief and any required materials. One agreed revision round is included unless a proposal says otherwise. Delays in receiving materials or feedback may change the delivery date.

Client materials

You confirm that you have permission to share and use any videos, images, analytics or other materials supplied for the work. You retain ownership of your original materials.

Creative outcomes

Recommendations are based on professional judgement, the material supplied and available channel evidence. Valour Content Studio does not guarantee views, subscriber growth, rankings, revenue or any other platform result.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change confirmed work, contact Dan as soon as possible. Any refund or rescheduling decision will take account of work already completed, costs already incurred and any statutory rights that apply. Monthly support is flexible and will follow the notice arrangements confirmed in its proposal.

Website information is provided in good faith and may be updated. Examples and case studies illustrate an approach or past result; they are not promises that another channel will achieve the same outcome.
